Couple killed in fire accident

TAMBARAM: A couple, Saranya (22) and Abdullah (26), who got trapped in a fire after a stove burst at their house here on Monday, have succumbed to injuries.

Adambakkam police said on Monday night, the stove which Saranya was using burst into flames . Saranya’s clothes caught fire and she cried out for help. Abdullah, who tried to come to her rescue, was injured.
