HYDERABAD: Atkins, the leading multinational engineering and design consultancy and designers of Dubai’s Burj Al Arab, the world’s tallest all-suite hotel, have undertaken their largest residential project in India, at Kondapur here in the city. The project is being launched on Sunday in Hyderabad. Christened The Iconia, the 21-acre enclave by Bharat Infratech is to come with 18 residential high rises towering to 20 stories. The project offers 3 BHK, 4 BHK and 5 BHK duplex condominiums spread over 1,908 square feet to 5,004 square feet at a location that is mere 10 minutes away from the IT and Financial hubs of Gachibowli and Madhapur. International partnersSome of the international best names go into making the project and include living spaces designed by DWP, Thailand, accessorised by Kohler, landscaped by Site Concepts International (SCI), Singapore, serviced by Jones Lang Le Salle Meghraj and promoted by Lehman Brothers and Tiger Global, U.S. Ample greenery that comes in the form of facilities such as Meditation Garden and Aroma Garden, the enclave is planned with 80 per cent of open spaces, a club house among others, equipped with cycling and skating tracks, snooker, billiards and squash court. A convenience store, health club, beauty parlour, library and medical consultation room are some of the other facilities. The project features include high-speed elevators and condominiums designed with easy flowing spaces, fewer boundary walls and natural light flooding through floor-to-ceiling glass walls, inform the promoters. Ultra modern kitchens and whirlpool, rain showers in the bathrooms promise to redefine luxury itself.
