THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: More time is being allowed to the district panchayats to apply for the Akshaya energy and energy conservation devices under the Total Energy Security Mission being implemented by them jointly with the ANERT. They can now apply for these devices which include biogas plants, improved community hearths which consume less firewood and solar cookers till July 18. The applications should be sent to the State Technical Director, TESM, ANERT, Pattom P.O; Thiruvananthapuram-04.
