Contract worker electrocuted

Rourkela: A contract worker was electrocuted while on duty at a factory in Orissa’s Sundergarh district sparking agitation among co-workers. Police said Ganesh Badaik (31) was electrocuted while working on a power supply line in a factory at Kuarmunda, about 25 km from here yesterday. As Badaik’s limp body lay within the premises, workers stopped work demanding adequate compensation to the victim’s family. PTI
