Udupi
Udupi: A woman was killed on the spot and two were injured in a lorry-car collision on the National Highway 17 at Muloor village under the Kaup police limits on Saturday. The Kaup police said that in a collision between a car which was coming from Mysore to Udupi, and a lorry coming from Udupi to Mangalore, that took place at Muloor village, about three kilometres from Kaup, at around 6 a.m. on Saturday, Manjula (50), occupant of the car, died on the spot. Ashwath and Subrahmanya, who were injured, had been shifted to a hospital in Udupi.
