Stir against power cuts

TAMBARAM: Residents of a few areas in Chromepet staged a demonstration outside the Tamil Nadu Electricity Board office late on Saturday night, protesting frequent power disruptions.

The residents gathered outside TNEB’s office in Santhi Nagar and complained there was no power supply during daytime and when it resumed in the evening, the supply was erratic.
