NEW DELHI: The Central Bureau of Investigation is interrogating Raj Kumar, the domestic help of the Durranis, to trace the mobile phone of Aarushi that he had allegedly destroyed after she and the family’s servant Hemraj were murdered. The agency is trying to verify the facts revealed by Raj Kumar during his narco-analysis test. He was earlier confronted with Krishna, the compounder of Dr. Rajesh Talwar, to find out how the murders were committed. Through Raj Kumar, the agency is also trying to reconstruct the sequence of events leading up to the murders. It is suspected that on May 15 night, he had gone to Aarushi’s Sector 25 residence in Noida on his bicycle. While seeking his remand on Saturday, the CBI submitted in the court that Raj Kumar had confessed to his complicity in the double murder and that he could lead them to the murder weapon. But it has not been found yet. The CBI has obtained the photographs of the Aarushi’s body taken by the Noida police.
