Bail for ‘Gold Quest’ accused

Hyderabad: Justice Dr. Yethi Rajulu of the A.P. High Court on Monday granted conditional bail to several accused who were sought to be arrested by the police in the ‘Gold Quest’ case.

The petitioners said that their petitions seeking anticipatory bail were dismissed by courts at Warangal, Vijayawada.

All together 48 persons who filed different petitions were asked surrender before the appropriate courts and execute bonds sureties.

The petitioners said that they were the losers in the scheme and they never made money as alleged by the police.
