CHAMARAJANAGAR: Members of the district unit of Karnataka State Daily Wage Employees Federation took out a demonstration here on Monday urging the Government to fulfil their demands including regularisation of services. N. Siddaiah, vice-president of the federation’s district unit, submitted a memorandum to Minister for Food and Civil Supplies and district in charge and Halappa. He urged Mr. Halappa to pressure Chief Minister Yeddyurappa to fulfil the assurance given to regularise the services of daily wage employees. Mr. Halappa said that the matter would be taken up in the Assembly, and efforts made to concede their demand.
