Jamia hosts UGC-NET exam

NEW DELHI: The University Grants Commission-National Eligibility Test (UGC-NET) examination was held at Jamia Millia Islamia here on Sunday.

Nineteen centres were set up on the campus where nearly 7,000 students appeared for the examination. The Jamia authorities took all the precautions to ensure smooth conduct of the exam and the entire process was overseen by ten UGC observers, said an official release on Monday.
