KADAPA: AISF functionaries burnt an effigy of A.P. State Council of Higher Education Chairman K.C. Reddy near the old bus stand here on Tuesday deploring enhancement of fees of professional courses. AISF district secretary N. Venkatasiva resented the hike and alleged that education was being commercialised. Students of poor and middle classes could not afford the fee hike for engineering, MCA and MBA courses, he said.
