This Day That Age
Kashmir Premier, Bakshi Ghulam Mohammed, on June 30 described Mr. Ghulam Abbas’s abortive move to violate the Cease-fire line as a sinister manipulation of the Pakistan Government “to hood-wink the world about Kashmir and India. This move had failed because neither the people of Pakistan nor of Pakistan-occupied Kashmir supported it. Such scares were created by the rulers of Pakistan for their own ends. He congratulated the people of Kashmir for having ended the political insecurity about the future of the State which was a scourge on the State’s progress.
