EDB acquires 50.1 % stake in Span Infotech

BANGALORE: EDB, a Norway-based infotech company, has acquired 50.1 per cent stake in Span Infotech, with facilities in Bangalore and Rs. 650 crore revenues last year through global operations. EDB with a wide client base in Scandinavian countries had revenues of $ 1.5 billion in 2007 and has reported order backlog of $ 2.7 billion. — Special Correspondent
