PUDUCHERRY: The Puducherry unit of the National Students Union of India (NSUI) on Tuesday called for a bandh on Thursday to protest against the derogatory remarks allegedly made by the Chief Secretary against the Council of Ministers. President of Puducherry unit of NSUI S. Samraj announced the bandh at a demonstration held in front of the Head Post Office, on Tuesday . The protestors were arrested for holding the demonstration without permission.
