Deutsche Post wins appeal against EU


The European Union’s second highest court ruled on Tuesday that Deutsche Post can claim back 572 million euro ($902 million) in state aid received from Germany. The mail and logistics group said that with interest, it will receive about 1 billion euro from the German government to pass on to shareholders.
