New head for Public Grievances panel

NEW DELHI: Former Secretary in the Union Panchayati Raj Ministry, Meenakshi Datta Ghosh, has been appointed Chairperson of the Public Grievances Commission of the Delhi Government.

She succeeds Baleshwar Rai whose tenure came to an end on June 30. The Public Grievances Commission was set up by in 1997.
