Dr. Kidwai said this Physiotherapy College would meet the requirements of physiotherapy treatment of the patients after the surgical operations. It would generate adequate employment avenues for the youth of the State, he added. He appreciated that the Saket Hospital in Chandimandir and Panchkula had earned a name in orthopaedics and rehabilitation services and a large number of people from Haryana, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, U.P. and Uttarakhand were availing of these services. Mr. Hooda, who is also the Vice-President-cum-Chairman of the Council, assured that all the essential infrastructural and financial assistance would be extended by the State Government to the Council for running the proposed college.
