Provisional list for Plus One today

Thiruvananthapuram: The first provisional list under the single window admission system to Plus One will be published on Wednesday. The list, which covers the districts of Wayanad, Idukki, Kasaragod, Palakkad, Alappuzha, Pathanamthitta and Ernakulam, will be available in the website www.hscap.kerala.gov.in from 12 noon. The list pertaining to the other districts will be available on the same website from 10 a.m. on July 3.

Based on the details given in the provisional list, students can make changes in the applications given earlier till 5 p.m. on July 5.

The student must type the application number and select the district on the website to check whether he/she has received allotment in the first list. The page will have the rank which the student received in each school opted and the details on how the rank was calculated for each option. Those who do not receive allotment in the first list will be considered in successive allotments. If any wrong information about mark or grade or community was given in the application, a separate request should be given to the school principal with supportive documents for correcting them. The Higher Secondary Education Director asked the students to make use of this opportunity to go through the details given in the application once more. He said that arrangements were being made in the schools, which have been given broadband connection under the IT@school scheme and in Akshaya centres to enable the students to access the provisional list.

Detailed directions for students and higher secondary school principals are available on the websites www.itschool.gov.in and www.dhsekerala.org.

The IT@school Victors Channel will transmit a programme on the aspects to which the students should pay attention when they go through the provisional list. It will be telecast at 11 a.m., 1 p.m., 3 p.m., 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. from July 2 to 5.
