Pallam Raju visits naval base

KOCHI: Minister of State for Defence M.M. Pallam Raju commenced an official visit of the Southern Naval Command here on Tuesday. He was received at the command headquarters by Vice-Admiral Sunil K. Damle, Flag Officer Commanding-in-Chief. Mr. Raju reviewed the activities of the Southern Naval Command. He was briefed on the progress of the Naval Academy Project at Ezhimala. Later, he visited various training establishments under the command. Mr. Raju visited the Cochin Shipyard in the afternoon. — Staff Reporter
