IOB posts win

Chennai: Indian Overseas Bank men beat BSNL 25-22, 25-20, 25-23 in the men’s section of the IOB-SRM senior division volleyball championship at the Mayor Radhakrishnan Stadium on Tuesday.

Karthi, Natarajan and Harun Khan played well for IOB.

The results:

Women: Armed Police bt SRM 15-25, 29-27, 25-23; St. Joseph’s beat Dr. Sivanthi Club 25-23, 25-13.

Men: IOB bt BSNL 25-22, 25-20, 25-23; ICF bt Chennai City Police 25-13, 22-25, 26-24, 31-29; Central Excise bt TNEB 25-22, 17- 25, 25-14, 17-25, 16-14.
