Over 100 exhibitors to take part in expo Over 1,000 products will be showcased

HYDERABAD: The city will be the venue for what is touted as the biggest exhibition in south India showcasing three expos --photo, sign show and broadcast and film -- at the sprawling People’s Plaza, Necklace Road, from July 4. The three-day expo, being organised by Villart Expositions, would capture the digital and imaging world with all its latest developments and equipment along with changes in allied industries under one roof. Giving the details here on Wednesday, V.V. Ramana of Villart Expositions, said over 100 exhibitors, including big names like Kodak, Xerox, Canon, HP, Apple, Panasonic, would participate. They would exhibit over 1,000 products. 100 stallsThe mega event, with about 100 stalls, would showcase cameras, stock-imaging services, lenses, mini-lab systems, studio-lighting accessories, videographic/digital conversion equipment, on-line lab-processing units, digital imaging/printers, LED displays, 3D displays, canopies, bill boards, signage machinery, video cameras, wireless cameras, broadcasting equipment/media, animation and digital visual equipment. About 50,000 photographers from within and outside the State would visit the fifth photography expo being organised by Villart Expositions. “It would be a trade show both for professional and amateur photographers and one could compare and contrast the features of equipment offered by different companies,” he said. SeminarsAlong side the expo, workshops and free seminars on various topics like ‘studio photos with digital camera’, ‘wedding photography with digital’, to enhance ones skills would be organised, Mr. Ramana said. The exhibition is supported by the All-India Photographic Trade and Industry Association.
