PUDUCHERRY: Education Minister M.O.H.F. Shahjahan on Wednesday said the department was taking steps to introduce new subjects and increase the number of seats for Class XI in government higher secondary schools. There was no need for students to fear regarding obtaining admission to Class XI, he said. In a release here, the Minister said the students need not panic about obtaining admission. The Directorate of School Education would publish the schedule for interview soon, he added.
