BHUBANESWAR: The East Coast Railway (ECoR) on Wednesday again extended cancellation of train services on Puri-Howrah route till July 10. Due to incessant rain in the northern Orissa and West Bengal, causing breaches between Balasore- Kharagpur Railway section under South Eastern Railway, train services in ECoR jurisdiction were cancelled, diverted and short-terminated via Cuttack–Angul - Sambalpur City – Jharsuguda - Kharagpur and via Vizianagaram - Singapur Road-Sambalpur and Jharsuguda till July 3. Meanwhile, ECoR said two pairs of special trains between Contai Road and Puri would run on occasion of car festival.
