CHANDIGARH: The Haryana Government has decided to revise its policy on allotment of plots for construction of shops to old licensees of category (ii), that is the “katcha arhityas” (commission agents) and also decided to relax the rules for grant of time to construct shops or booths to safe guard the interests of the “arhityas” (commission agents).
