Worker electrocuted

A 28-year-old youth was electrocuted in Manapakkam on Tuesday. Nandambakkam police said Thyagarajan hailed from Vilaambakkam in Vellore district and was working in a welding unit in Manapakkam. On Tuesday, he came in contact with a live wire and was injured. He was taken to a private hospital, where he died.
