India’s first research station in Arctic

NEW DELHI: Union Minister for Science and Technology Kapil Sibal inaugurated India’s first research station in the Arctic, ‘Himadri’, on Tuesday. It will carry out research in contemporary fields of Arctic Science with special emphasis on climate change.
