Two more flights from Emirates

HYDERABAD: Following the recent announcement of Emirates additional weekly flights to the city, the Dubai-based airline has inaugurated a new office for Emirates SkyCargo in Hyderabad.

The office, located at the new Air Cargo Complex of the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport in Shamshabad, was inaugurated by Ram Menen, Emirates divisional senior vice-president, Cargo.

The airline will step up frequency to 16 flights a week with five new services beginning July 1. In the next phase, two additional flights will be added to the route from October. In total, the enhanced service will offer more than 240 tonnes of cargo capacity per week per direction between the two cities. To support the frequency, Emirates SkyCargo has established a 700 sq. ft office.
