Viniv Inc assets to be placed in the custody of magistrate

BANGALORE: The Karnataka High Court on Thursday directed the police to collect immovable and moveable property belonging to Viniv Inc and its promoter Sreenivasa Shastry and place them in the custody of the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Bangalore.

Justice Hulukvadi G. Ramesh passed the order on a petition by Sreenivasa Shastry seeking his release on bail. The court adjourned the case and posted the bail plea of Shastry to a later date.
