NEW DELHI: Prakash Amritraj and Aisam-ul-Haq Qureshi defeated Michel Koning and Matwe Middelkoop of the Netherlands 4-6, 7-6(4), 10-5 in the doubles semifinals of the 64,000 Euros Challenger tennis tournament in Dublin, Ireland. The Indo-Pakistani pair will meet Jonathan Marray of Britain and Frederik Nielsen of Denmark in the final. In the singles, Prakash went down in the quarterfinals 0-6, 3-6 to the sixth-seeded Robert Smeets of Australia. The other Indian Davis Cupper Harsh Mankad lost 6-3, 3-6, 4-6 to Jonathan Marray of Britain in the first round. Harsh and Ashutosh Singh lost 7-5, 6-7(3), 8-10 to Roko Karanusic of Croatia and Ivo Klec of Slovakia in the doubles pre-quarterfinals.
