THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The educational institutions in the State will remain closed tomorrow, according to an announcement from the Director of Public Instruction here today. It is as part of the decision to observe July 5, 6, 12 and 13 as special awareness days in connection with the delimitation of the Assembly constituencies and the publication of draft voters lists.—Special Correspondent
