NEW DELHI: Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit on Friday said the Delhi Jal Board would ensure equitable drinking water distribution and adequate availability of water in the city before 2010. Inaugurating an underground reservoir and a new community centre in Shanti Mohalla here, Ms. Dikshit said it was an important step to overcome scarcity of drinking water in a number of colonies in Gandhi Nagar and Shahdara and Krishna Nagar.
