College celebrates 40th anniversary

Memorable occasion: Speaker K. Radhakrishnan inaugurating the 40th anniversary celebrations of PSMO College at Tirurangadi on Saturday.

MALAPPURAM: Assembly Speaker K. Radhakrishnan inaugurated the 40th anniversary celebrations of Pocker Sahib Memorial Orphanage (PSMO) College at Tirurangadi, in the district, on Saturday.

Mr. Radhakrishnan lauded the college for submitting itself to the advancements in society.

The college, ‘one of the few institutions that do not accept donations for appointments and seats,’ was the pride of Malabar, he said. Muslim Yatheemkhana committee president K. Alikutty presided over the function.
