Evaluation boycotted

Bangalore: Evaluation of answer scripts of B.A., B.Sc., B.Com. and BBM examinations conducted by Bangalore University was stalled on Saturday with 2,500 evaluators boycotting the process. They were demanding payment of remuneration pending for the last three years.

With the university directing the Finance Department to start clearing pending cheques from Sunday, the lecturers are expected to resume evaluation from Monday.
