GULBARGA: A group of unemployed engineering graduates belonging to Scheduled Castes caused a flutter at the inauguration of the Circuit Bench of the Karnataka High Court here on Saturday. They broke the security cordon for a programme attended by Chief Justice of India K.G. Balakrishnan, Chief Justice of Karnataka High Court Cyriac Joseph, and Chief Minister B.S. Yeddyurappa. The Chief Minister and the CJI were taken aback, but unveiled the stone plaque before the police whisked away the youths. Mr. Yeddyurappa said it was a security lapse. He apologised to the CJI and Mr. Joseph for the incident.
