Srija’s mother, brother and uncle Allu Aravind visit nursing home A family member hints that Chiru might visit the nursing home
Proud father: Sirish Bhardawaj, son-in-law of film actor Chiranjeevi, is all smiles after his wife Srija gave birth to a girl child in Hyderabad on Saturday. HYDERABAD: Megastar Chiranjeevi became a grandfather as his younger daughter Srija delivered a baby girl on Saturday at a private nursing home. It may be recalled that she hit the headlines when she married an engineering student Sireesh Bharadwaj at the Arya Samaj here. The parents of either of them were not present at the wedding. Srija’s mother Surekha, brother Ramcharan and uncle Allu Aravind were among the first to visit the nursing home to welcome the new entrant into the family. Ramcharan, who is busy shooting for his second film, directed by S.S. Rajamouli, went to the hospital. TV crew get busySince morning, TV crews have been at work trying to get their frames and bytes. But while Mr. Sireesh was seen beaming smiles, his mother-in-law was apparently not very comfortable at the intrusion of her privacy by the channels. Ever since three members of Chiranjeevi’s family visited the hospital and the news was flashed on television, people have been waiting for the megastar to come and have a look at his grand daughter. A family member hinted that Mr. Chiranjeevi might visit the nursing home late on Saturday.
