Scheduled power cuts from today

HYDERABAD: The AP Central Power Distribution Company Ltd. (APCPDCL) has announced scheduled power cuts for the following areas with immediate affect.

8 a.m. to 10 a.m.: Srinagar Colony, Yella Reddy Guda, AC Guards, Nampally, Lumbini Park, R.P. Niliyam, Hakeempet, Macha Bollaram, Marredpally, Addagutta, Gunrock, Allwyn (Sanathnagar), Pragatools, Prashanth Nagar, Salarjung Museum and Hyderguda.

10 a.m. to 12 p.m.: Attapur, Hyderguda, Chandulal Baradari, Khilwath, Malakpet, Lalaguda, Sethapalmandi, Patigadda, Bansailalpet, Chilkalguda, James Street, Gymkhana, Airport and Kalyannagar.

12 p.m. to 2 p.m.: Osmania, Maithrivanam, Begumpet, Mothinagar, IDPL, HAL, HMT, Bowenpally, Bhudewinagar, Chinna Thogatta, Glass factory, Hyderabad Industries, Ayyappa society and Madhapur.

2 p.m. to 4 p.m.: Falaknuma, Chanchalguda, Asmanghad, Moosarambagh, Bathakamma Kunta, Fever Hospital area, Seetharambagh, Goshamahal, Jawaharnagar, Vittalwadi, Narayanguda, Indira Park, Miralam, Clock Tower and Nehru Nagar.

4 p.m. to 6 p.m.: CRPF, Kandikalguda, Santoshnagar, Kanchanbagh, Golconda, Langar house, Gudimalkapur, Industrial area, Asif Nagar, ENT, Exhibition Grounds, Osmania University, Yousufguda, Sultan Bazaar, S.D. Hospital and Karwan.

Major government hospitals, High Court, water supply system and railway traction are exempted from the above.

Meanwhile, the Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (HMWSSB) has informed that there will be a shortage of water supply or no water supply in areas coming under Hydernagar reservoir - Kukatpally, KPHB Colony, Qutubullapur, Jagathgigirigutta, Jeedimetla, Shapur section, Alwal section and Sainikpuri section on Sunday due to a pipeline burst near Patancheru, a press release said.
