Property recovered

The BDA recovered encroached property, covering four sites worth Rs. 5.5 crore, in R.P.C. and M.R.C.R. layouts on Saturday.

In an early morning operation, unauthorised asbestos sheet sheds, which had come up on site number 3310 (3,828 sq ft), site number 2424 (1,217 sq ft), BDA land behind site numbers 3311 to 3316 (7,800 sq ft) of R.P.C. Layout and site number 1794 (1,073 sq ft) of M.R.C.R Layout, were demolished, according to an official press release.
