PUDUCHERRY: Tempos will stay off the roads on Monday to protest the rising cost of spare parts as a consequence of the hike in diesel price. According to the Puducherry Vikram Owners’ Welfare Association, the spare parts which were priced at Rs. 40 now cost Rs. 150. The association had decided to increase the tempo fare from Rs. 2.50 to Rs. 3.
