B.A./B.Com. examinations: The second semester B.A. Communicative English (restructured and vocational), functional Hindi (vocational), Malayalam with Mass Communication and Translation (restructured), Mass Communication and Video Production (restructured and vocational), the second semester B.Com. Hotel Management (restructured) examinations will be held on July 10, 14, 16, 18, 21 and 23. The detailed time-table can be had from the examination centres.

College change: Applications have been invited from students who have completed the first year of the pharmacy course and who wish to effect lateral entry for the second year course in colleges affiliated to the university. Transfer will be allowed only between colleges that are in the same category and where the fee structure is same. The application form can be downloaded from the web site www.keralauniversity.edu (form 52). The last date for submitting applications is July 15.

Viva voce: The viva voce of the sixth semester B.A. Malayalam with Mass Communication and Translation (restructured) examinations will be held at 10.30 a.m. on July 10 at St. Xavier’s College, Thumba.

Zoology practical: The practical of the fourth semester M.Sc. Zoology examinations will begin on July 10 and the viva will be held on July 28. The detailed time-table can be had from the examination centres.

Psychology practical: The practical of the fourth semester M.A. Psychology examinations originally scheduled on July 3 will now be held on July 8 at the Government College for Women, Thiruvananthapuram.

Orientation programme: Applications can be submitted till July 14 for participating in the information technology orientation programme scheduled at the Academic Staff College from July 23 to August 19.

M.A. English: Results of M.A. English (CSS 2006-08) examinations held at the Institute of English have been published. The first rank goes to Neethu Verghese.

B.Tech. practical: The practical of the seventh semester B.Tech. examinations scheduled to be held on July 3 and 4 (mechanical and automobile) will now be held on July 14 and 15 respectively.

BSMS: Results of the final year BSMS examinations held in April this year have been published.

Applications for revaluation and scrutiny can be submitted till July 22.
