Shop owner robbed

NEW DELHI: Three unidentified men robbed an electronics goods shop owner of Rs.20,000 in cash and other valuables at Kalkaji here on Sunday.

According to the police, the young men armed with country-made pistols barged into the shop in “B” block around 9 p.m. and asked the owner, Naresh, to hand over the cash, his gold chain and ring. The three then drove away on a motorcycle.

Half-a-dozen persons, including some customers, were present in the shop at the time of the incident.
