Financial assistance

BANGALORE: The Labour Welfare Organisation, Ministry of Labour and Employment, will extend financial assistance to children of beedi/LSD/IMC/cine workers who are studying in government schools or government recognised schools. Assistance will be extended to students from 1st standard to graduation/diploma/professional/technical/agricultural courses. Interested persons can contact the Welfare Commissioner, Labour Welfare Organisation, Ministry of Labour and Employment, No 6/7/12, 2nd Floor, Crescent Road Cross, Kumara Park East, Bangalore-560001 on or before August 31.
