PREVENTIVE DETENTION: Congress leader Digvijay Singh being arrested at the Indore airport on Sunday. He, along with other party leaders, was taken to the Circuit House and not allowed to visit riot-affected areas in the city, under curfew since the outbreak of violence on July 3 during the VHP bandh.
