Activities galore at school

PUDUCHERRY: It was celebration time for students of Sankara Vidyalaya as they took part in various club activities such as arts and crafts, eco, drawing, music, general knowledge, English, Tamil and French.

The Eco Club was started at the school with the aim of spreading awareness of the environment.

The students have planted various types of medicinal plants and trees, including hibiscus, aloe vera, tulasi and neem.

The selection process for track and field events, including 100 metre dash, 200 metres dash, 400 metres race, long jump, high jump and discus throw was held, said a press release.
