Chandigarh: Punjab Congress president Rajinder Kaur Bhattal has constituted legal cell of Pradesh Congress to take up the cases of “atrocities being committed on Congressmen by the Akali-BJP” regime. The cell will have Nasib Singh Gill, Harchand Singh Barsat and Kuljit Singh Sidhu as its patrons, a party release said here on Monday. Several other office bearers of the cell have also been appointed. Ms. Bhattal had also recently said that her party would raise a youth brigade like the Students Organisation of India, youth wing of the SAD.- PTI
