Road Closed: The car of senior Congress leader K. Karunakaran returns from the main gate of the Secretariat on Monday after the police erected a barricade as part of streamlining marches. Mr. Karunakaran had to come via Press Club Road to inaugurate a relay fast by Youth Congress workers before the Secretariat.
