Patiala: Former Punjab Chief Minister Amarinder Singh on Monday refuted claims by the Vigilance Bureau that he did not give satisfactory responses in the alleged disproportionate assets case against him and his son Raninder Singh. Capt. Singh said he had replied each and every answer to the questions of the Vigilance sleuths during the questioning on Sunday. “I told the vigilance officer that I may answer their queries only if they provide it in writing. Though they have denied it and I have noted down and will submit my reply within eight weeks,” he said. He feared the Bureau was creating ground for his custodial interrogation. PTI
