BIDAR: Members of the Kooli-Karmikara Sangha from Baridabad village of Bidar taluk on Monday appealed to Deputy Commissioner Harsh Gupta to inspect the implementation of activities taken up in the village under the NREGS since 2006. In a memorandum submitted to Mr. Gupta, the village residents alleged that the office-bearers of the gram panchayat along with the secretary and junior engineer had colluded with other officials to divert money meant for labourers to their own pockets. — Staff Correspondent
