FACA plea on building regularisation

The Federation of Associations of Colonies and Apartments (FACA) has sought extension of last date of applying for building regularisation till December 31, 2008 from the existing July 15 deadline, a press release from FACA general secretary V. Kamesh Babu said.

The federation also wanted reduction in the penalty fee and called upon the authorities concerned to punish the builders, realtors who are responsible for deviations in the first place, the press release added.
