Madikeri
Madikeri: Two persons from Kolar district were killed when the car in which they were travelling collided with a KSRTC bus on Madikeri-Sunticoppa Road at Boikeri, near here, on Monday. The dead were identified as Tauseef (26) and Afzal (22). Tauseef, who was driving the car, died on the spot while Afzal, who was seriously injured, died in the District Hospital here. Four others, who were in the car — Shahnawaz, Rafiq, Salim and Fayaz — suffered minor injuries. They were returning to Kolar from Sullia, the police said. — Staff Correspondent
