Jaipur: The Rajasthan High Court has dismissed a petition challenging reservation to Gujjars in the state beyond the 50 per cent ceiling, saying the petition is premature and ill-conceived. The writ petition filed by one Kamlesh Sharma had prayed that the State Government may be restrained from granting reservation to any community or caste above the ceiling of 50 per cent fixed by the Supreme Court.
